All communications regarding tours, travel services, and bookings must be addressed to Philippines Tour Packages, a unit of Aarav & Aadhya Pvt. Ltd..

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your request and receive the required deposit. At this stage, a contractual agreement is established between you and Aarav & Aadhya Pvt. Ltd. for the selected travel services.

Advance Payment

A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. This ensures availability of services and confirms your reservation.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the start of your यात्रा. Bookings made within 15 days of travel will require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Important Note

For peak travel periods such as Christmas, New Year, or other high-demand dates, full payment may be required at the time of booking. In certain cases, additional advance payments may also be requested based on supplier policies.

International and domestic travelers can make payments using the following options:

Payment Guidelines

Payments made via credit or debit card may attract a 3% processing fee. All transactions must be completed without deductions. Any bank or intermediary charges will be borne by the client.

Security Advisory

Our representatives will never ask for sensitive banking details such as OTPs, passwords, or card PINs. Please avoid sharing such information and report any suspicious communication immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Each tour may have its own cancellation terms as mentioned on the respective tour page. If not specified, the following general cancellation policy will apply:

60 days or more before arrival – 10% cancellation charges

59 to 30 days before arrival – 20% charges

29 to 15 days before arrival – 25% charges

14 to 8 days before arrival – 50% charges

7 days or less / no-show – No refund

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled services will be processed as per the applicable cancellation policy. The refund process may take 2–4 weeks depending on banking procedures. Any transaction charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Required Travel Documents

All travelers must provide valid identification at the time of booking:

Foreign Nationals – Passport and Visa copy

NRIs – Passport copy

OCI/PIO Card Holders – Passport and OCI/PIO copy

Indian Nationals – Government-issued ID (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID)

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Standard hotel check-in time is between 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, while check-out is between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Transport Usage Policy

Vehicles provided in the itinerary are strictly for scheduled transfers and sightseeing. Any additional usage beyond the agreed program will be chargeable.

Liability Disclaimer

Prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to increases in taxes, fuel costs, or service charges. We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators.

Itineraries are indicative and may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational requirements, or safety concerns. No refunds will be provided for such changes.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, flight disruptions, accidents, or government restrictions.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to obtain travel insurance covering health, theft, and other unforeseen risks.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control such as natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such situations.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from bookings or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
